Jim Jacobs holds the copyright to all photographs. They can be used freely on the web provided photo credit is given (Photograph by Jim Jacobs or © 2006 Jim Jacobs). They can also be used in printed studio and personal advertising with photo credit. Fine art quality prints can be made to your size and other specifications for a reasonable fee. Similarly, a digital file can be put on CD to your printer’s specifications for advertising purposes. Additional enhancement of the images will be made as needed for these purposes.

Jim Jacobs retains the rights for any commercial use such as magazine article, book, calendar, greeting card, poster for sale, etc. Any such usage will be separately negotiated with Jim Jacobs.
